The Infatuation's David Neimanis, writing in February 2025, describes it: \"Fried and sauced like usual, they're then coated in another layer of sauce and grilled, which locks in the smoky undertones while keeping the exterior delightfully crisp.\" Visit Buffalo's trail lists the combinations the second coat makes possible — \"BBQ hot\" and \"Cajun honey mustard\" among them.\n\nVisit Buffalo records the room's other awards without naming years: it has been \"rewarded with award winning wings and hamburgers from Gourmet magazine, The Buffalo News, and more.\"",
