OpenStreetMap in 2026 carries a dozen of its restaurants from Leland to Rocky Mount, tagged for barbecue and chicken, with a brand entry on Wikidata (Q7545474); its mappers have spelled the name three ways — Bar-B-Q, Barbeque, BBQ — as the signs themselves have.
