What it is
The two men who recorded Bosnian sicanje in the 1890s: Ćiro Truhelka, who illustrated the designs, and Leopold Glück, who published the paper.
The long version
Glück's title says exactly what it is: Die Tätowirung der Haut bei den Katholiken Bosniens und der Herzegowina, Vienna, 1894. A doctor and an archaeologist, writing for an Austro-Hungarian readership about the people their empire had just occupied.
