The export holds every chat, but a new AI can't read thousands of them. Ask the old AI to write down what it knows about you, then hand that letter to the new one. Copy this into a new chat at the old place.

Read the answer before you use it. Cut anything wrong, or anything you'd rather the new one didn't know. Save it as a text file on your own computer.

ที่บ้านใหม่ เปิดแชทใหม่ วางข้อความนี้ ตามด้วยจดหมายย้ายบ้าน แล้วบันทึกส่วนที่ใช้ได้ลงในช่อง “คำสั่ง” หรือ “ความจำ” ของแอปใหม่ (ดูขั้นตอนในแผนข้างบน)
At the new place, open a new chat, paste this, then the moving letter under it. Save what fits into the new app's instructions or memory (the plan above says where).

Files you uploaded (PDFs, pictures, documents) are on your computer or in the export. Upload them again into the new app's Project or Space. For an old chat that matters, find it in the export and paste it in.

- Open the zip first. Do the chats open? Are pictures and attachments there? Big downloads can stop partway. If anything's missing, ask for a new export.
- Keep two copies: on your computer, and on a USB stick or cloud drive.
- Download links expire, some within a day. Download as soon as the email comes.
- Export again before you delete. Chats after the first export aren't in it.
- This file is everything you ever typed. Keep it like a diary. Don't send it to anyone.
- Cancel the subscription before deleting. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there too.
- Deleting is usually for good. No hurry. You can leave the account idle and turn off training on your chats instead.

For when the app has no export button, or the file came back incomplete. Fill in, copy, and send to the company's privacy channel.

Open-weights models (AI whose model file anyone can download and run) work on your own computer or phone. The chats are files on that machine; to move, copy the folder.

A small model on a phone is slower and knows less than the big ones on the web. A computer with 16 GB of memory or more runs mid-size ones comfortably.
