- Pick From and To among ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Meta AI, Grok, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Le Chat / Vibe, Kimi, and your own computer; the page gives the menu path for each step, with sources.
- Official imports found: Claude (Settings → Memory → Start import, memory only); Gemini (Import memory, and Import chats from a ChatGPT or Claude export .zip; not in the EU, Switzerland or UK).
- The moving letter: a prompt that asks the old AI to write down your instructions, memories, projects and preferences for the new one.
- Request letter builder: access and portability under Thailand PDPA s.30–31, EU and UK GDPR Art. 15 and 20, California CCPA §1798.110 and §1798.130, Brazil LGPD Art. 18.
- Running open-weights models on your own computer or phone: LM Studio, Jan, Ollama, PocketPal AI, Typhoon.
