  "story": "Unlike the kolache, which came with Moravian immigrants, the klobasnek was invented by Czechs who had already settled in Texas. Texans of Czech ancestry call the savoury doughs klobasniky; Texans who are not call them kolaches, and that is what the sign says. They are sold everywhere from gas stations to dedicated kolache shops, well outside the Czech counties.",
