The fence is a single GeoJSON feature carrying its area, perimeter, corner count and the query that produced it. The vendor points carry the licence start date, the NAICS code and whether the address matched exactly or by nearest number.
Code MIT. Text and figures CC BY 4.0. OpenStreetMap geometry stays under ODbL 1.0 and its share-alike terms travel with it. The city's data carries no licence assertion. Photographs keep the licence named beside them.
