A licence carries an address, not a coordinate, and the Market's own street numbers are shared: 20 businesses are registered at 85 Pike St alone. Where the address point does not fall inside a building outline, the address is as precise as the record gets, and the site says so rather than picking a building.

The Market's own roster

The Preservation and Development Authority lists 473 current vendors, in 75 categories. 90 of those names match a city business licence at a market address. The other 383 are the daystall system: craftspeople and farmers who rent a table by the day under the Market's own rules and appear in no city licence file. A name absent from the licence data is a statement about the licence data.

206 of the 473 vendor pages print a street number of their own, and 202 of those fall inside the boundary — which is how the unlicensed side of the market reaches the map. 308 carry a link to a site of their own.
