The long version
What it is like. Commanding. You sit high enough to see over the vegetation into the next valley, the engine never has to try, and on the 265 kilometres of two-lane between Hot and Mae Hong Son it turns a long day into an easy one. Luggage is a solved problem. Nothing on this circuit is beyond it.
There is nothing on this circuit a large adventure bike cannot do. The question is arithmetic, not capability.
Inference — the measured curve density on Route 1095 and 1263 means a rider is making a steering input every few seconds for hours. On a light bike that is pleasure. At 250 kilograms it is work, and work accumulates: the mistakes on this road are made in the last hour of a long day, not the first.
