A wing bar on Roswell Road in east Cobb County, outside Atlanta, carrying thirty-five to forty sauces and marinades and thirty to fifty beers on tap. It opened as a Wild Wing Cafe and kept trading under its own name after the chain link ended.

The room turned thirty in June 2025, which puts its opening around 1995, under the Wild Wing Café name. The Cobb County Courier wrote it up that month: a suburban wing bar with karaoke, trivia, music bingo, poker nights, weekend bands, seasonal crawfish boils, a covered patio that takes dogs and a tiki bar.

The sauce board is the point. The Courier counted more than thirty-five, naming Garlic Parmesan, Raspberry Chipotle BBQ, classic Buffalo, a General Tso's style, Smokin' Maple Bacon and a beer-built one called Endless Summer, with cilantro, garlic and lime.

Inference — the long-board format belongs to the 1990s casual wing bar rather than to any city's wing. Atlanta's own argument, lemon pepper wet against dry, is a two-item question; a forty-sauce board is a different proposition, and both are on the same road.
