A supermarket's name for wings already broken down: tips off, joint cut, drumettes and flats loose in one bag or tray. The work a bar's prep cook does, done at the plant. The word says nothing about seasoning and nothing about size — it says only that you will not be cutting anything.

Thaw, pat dry, cook. The pieces come mixed in whatever ratio the case gave, roughly one drumette per flat, which is why a home cook cannot order all flats and a chain sometimes can.
