A Memphis wing shop on Getwell Road, trading since 2003, selling whole wings by the piece from three to four hundred. Flavours run dry — Seasoned, Lemon Pepper, Dry Hot — and wet, through honey gold, hot, extra hot and one called Suicide. The house combination is the Kam Special: three dry seasonings with a honey hot drizzle over the top.

The shop dates itself to 2003 and credits its seasonings and sauces to its founder, whom its own pages do not name. It sits at 1264 Getwell Road in Memphis, and it closes two days a week.

Wings come whole — not split into flat and drum — and are ordered by count. In September 2026 three whole wings ran $8.25 and a four-hundred-piece party order of party wings ran $532.00.

The seasoning board reads as two arguments in one column. Dry Hot and Lemon Pepper belong to the Memphis rib-counter habit of putting seasoning on and stopping there; Honey Gold, Honey Hot and Suicide belong to the sauced wing. The Kam Special refuses to choose: dry seasonings first, then a drizzle.

Inference — the honey gold family on this board is close kin to what a Baltimore or a D.C. counter would call a sweet sauce, and the naming is local rather than national. The project has not found a source tracing that line, so it stays an observation about a menu.
