Which night? No single one owns it. Buffalo Wing Guide, which keeps a running list of western New York specials, files them under Monday through Sunday plus Every Day — every weekday carries some. A bar-marketing write-up describes the pull the other way round, saying wing night is what "makes a bar busy on Monday or Tuesday night". So the answer is that wing night lands where the week is slow, and the name it gets depends on which letter it can rhyme with.

Buffalo Wing Guide's 2026 list warns that "all wing specials and pricing are subject to change. Please call bar or restaurant to verify accuracy" — which is the state of every posted wing price after three years of wing costs moving.
