The story Inference
Established in 1983 in a town designated "Home of the official Kolache of the Texas Legislature". A poster in the store counts the year's raw materials in thousands of pounds — over 1,200 pounds of cream cheese, 9,000 pounds of flour.
For a lot of Texans the Czech Stop is where the kolache and the klobasnek stop being a regional food and become a road food: the reason you take I-35 rather than another route.
